We learned over Thanksgiving weekend that Jefferson is allergic to amoxicillin. The poor little boy has been miserable. Not only does he still have his ear infection, but now he has an itchy rash. These pictures were taken on Saturday and Sunday. The rash looks much better today.

Yep! You and Mike had reactions to it when you were toddlers and Jess and I reacted to it in our 20s. Although, my rash wasn't as severe as Jeffie's!!
That is interesting! My daughter has had amoxocillian numerous times and then all of a sudden broke out in a rash the other day from it. Who knew!! Hope he feels better soon.
Poor kid! I'm assuming they switched his antibiotic. You said the rash is doing better, is the ear infection doing any better?
Liesl--He's on a new med and I think his ear infection has cleared up. We'll know for sure on the 16th.
Tawnya-I took amoxcillin when I was young, but didn't break out into a rash until I was 21. Weird.
